Jackie guides you to find your limiting beliefs and challenge them, she walks you through finding your values, and then goes deep into teaching you how to set boundaries. Jackie has a way of explaining things so clearly that the information just clicks. The course takes 3 months to get through, but I guarantee you will be completely different person afterwards.
