I’ve walked the same path you’re on.

After 16 years of trying to "fix" myself—I realized healing wasn’t about fixing at all. It was about waking up. It was about reconnecting with my true self, letting go of guilt and shame, and learning to trust my inner guidance.

As a certified trauma-informed spiritual life coach, Level 2 Reiki practitioner, and someone who has lived through narcissistic abuse and emerged stronger, I’ve combined my personal experience, professional training, and spiritual insight to create Awaken.
